Therefore, the diet of the sandwich is an interesting diet any time you can combine it with healthy food. The bread is a necessary, and safe food exceptions or severe diets, we should not eliminate it of our diet.

What also is true is that it is not possible to eat every day sandwiches , but you can combine them occasionally and add them to your meals, topcoat when the work you “obliga” to eat out of house and to dedicate a little weather to the meals. The diet of the sandwich is not a diet in itself, but it is a way of calling it: it is a good complement for your diet.
